1. Nature of Product

Our products are fresh, perishable fruits, so returns are limited and handled carefully.


2. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Damaged or rotten mangoes received
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Missing quantity in the order

👉 You must raise the issue within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos/videos (preferably unboxing video)

3. Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns/refunds for:

  • Taste preferences or personal dislike
  • Natural variations in size, color, or ripeness
  • Minor external marks (common in natural fruits)
  • Delay caused by incorrect address or unavailability

4. Refund / Replacement Options

Once verified:

  • Replacement (preferred) OR
  • 💰 Refund to original payment method

5. Refund Timeline

  • Processed within 3–7 working days after approval
  • Time may vary depending on your bank/payment provider

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
